Supervisory Framework Briefing 2021

Access information about registering the 2021 supervisory framework events.
The Optometrists and Opticians Board (the “Board”) will be conducting a Supervisory Framework Briefing for practitioners who are currently holding a supervisory role, to better understand the requirements of the Board’s Supervisory Framework. Selected supervisees are also invited to attend the briefing.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the briefing will be conducted fully online via Zoom.
There will be two separate sessions – details are as follows:

The briefing is compulsory for all supervisors and attendees are eligible to claim up to 3 CPE points for attending the briefing. Supervisors who have missed previous sessions are strongly advised to attend the upcoming briefing.

Registration for the briefing(s) should reach the Board by 10 September 2021 (Friday). Confirmation and admin details will be sent via email at least one week before the briefing.
The briefing will include a case study discussion in which attendees will be provided with cases from past logbook submissions for assignment upon confirmation of attendance. For a more effective and fruitful discussion, please submit the completed assignment in the online form by 24 September 2021 (Friday).
